Small - 21-22 inches  53.5-55cm
Medium - 22-23 inches  55-58.5cm
Large - 23-24 inches  58.5-60cm
XLarge - 24-25 inches  60-63.5cm
 
Or you can provide me with your head size for a more accurate fit.
